Why consider buying a Foof chair or Jac Sac foam filled bean bag chair over a regular bean bag chair?
A foof chair or jaxx sac foam filled bean bag is generously filled with soft chunks of Polyurethane foam which is the same foam they put into sofa cushions. This polyurethane foam is soft, but yet firm, and keeps it's shape when you get up. This foam can basically mold around all the shaped and curves of your body, gently supporting all those curvy areas evenly and relaxing you in a total supportive foam. It is soo soft and just gently cradles your entire body, unlike regular chairs filled with white polystyrene pellets. Those types of chairs are very, very stiff and uncomfortable. These types of bean bags tend to flatten out after just a few months of use because the white pellets actually get smaller and smaller (compress) as they get used.
Is there an initial price difference?
After several months you have a flat bean bag chair. Then, you will have to purchase a box of refill to add to the flattened chair. Typically a small box of refill is over alone or higher. This will happen once or twice a year as you use the bean bag. So the initial price of a foam filled bean bag chair is maybe 50 to 100 percent more than a regular bean bag chair at the get go. The chair will start to grow as the air is slowing going back into the cells of the foam. This can take anywhere from 2 to 5 full days to get to it's maximum size. The fastest way to get the foam filled chairs back to their normal size in the shortest amount of time is to help the air get back into the foam. This can be done by sitting in the chair and getting up and rolling it around with your hands, massaging the chair, fluffing up the chair, rolling it around, massaging it some more. This will get the air back in those cells much, much faster.

The foof chair or jaxx sac foam filled chairs typically come in a much wider selection of furniture grade materials and fabrics compared to most regular white pellet filled bean bag chairs. Reason is the comfort, most adults will not enjoy a regular chair, but they will enjoy one of the larger, foam filled chairs. So adults do not mind mixing it in their regular furniture line up in their living areas. This is one of the reasons there are a better selection of fabrics.
